I saw Rozzi Crane perform live a couple weeks ago. She was on tour with T. Mills, Milkman and Kreayshawn (play the game on her website), and she was definitely my favorite performance of the night. Kreayshawn was kind of lame, but I still got my gucci gucci on... but I digress. Anyway, Rozzi Crane is dope, and her cover of "High and Dry" is cool.

p.s. One of her backup singers at the show looked just like Eric from Gossip Girl. I'm super serial about this. It must have been his twin or doppelganger or something. I looked for a picture of him (the backup singer, not Eric), but I couldn't find one.

this isn't really a cover, but they both use the same riff. Also, according to Wikipedia, the Black Sabbath members are credited on the Butthole Surfers version. That's good enough for me.

I don't usually enjoy cover songs, but every once in a while, I find one that catches my attention. Since I'm a rather generous fellow (that's debatable), I figured I'd share some of these covers with you (not a creepy, personal 'you'... more like the collective, internet-as-a-whole version of 'you') on a weekly basis.
